Returns and refunds

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return process for you. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully, as it contains important information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at  info@aprasi.com You will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within approximately 10 business days.

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that weren't returned within 30 days from the date the customer received the item
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • Items that do not have all tags and accessories
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchange Policy:

We understand that sometimes products may arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, we offer exchanges for the same product. If you discover that your order is flawed, please contact us at  info@aprasi.com with photos and/or video clip of the wrong/damaged product. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure a free exchange.

Please note that exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Change of mind returns or exchanges based on colour, size, or texture are not acceptable.

Refund Policy:

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund processing time is typically within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund within this time frame, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. There may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of items that were damaged in transit. In that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees on any item as long as you return the item in new condition with all accessories in new condition.
